Breaking News: Real Madrid And FC Porto Agrees Deal For Iker Casillas
Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas is leaving Real Madrid to join Portuguese club FC Porto after 16 seasons in which he helped the Spanish powerhouse win three Champions League titles, five Spanish leagues and two Copas del Rey.
Madrid announced on its website this evening that a fee had been agreed for Casillas’ transfer to Portugal.
Casillas has helped Spain win the World Cup and two European championships.
His departure opens the door for a new goalkeeper, with persistent speculation swirling around the possible arrival of David de Gea from Manchester United.
