Ebola ranked No.1 as Yahoo releases top 10 most searched topics for the year 2014

Yahoo has released it list of most popular searches for the year 2014. The site released its top searches for different categories, including news stories, top obsessions, as well as offering up a few Tumblr lists.
Among the top 10 searches of 2014, Ebola ranked No. 1 of most searched stories of the year.
Other top 10 searches on Yahoo included Minecraft, Ariana Grande, Frozen and Miley Cyrus, which raises the question, “Is Yahoo’s primary audience girls aged 10 to 15?”
