Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has rejected an offer of £15 million-per-year from Real Madrid, according to reports.
Real Madrid are believed to be admirers of Mauricio Pochettino and have reportedly approached him several times in the past.
The Argentine has once again told Madrid that he will not be moving to the Bernabeu, as they put another offer on the table for his services.
Real Madrid sacked Julen Lopetegui last week and are targeting a new manager, with Santiago Solari taking over as caretaker manager for the time being.
According to ‘The Sun’, the current state of affairs at Real Madrid has put Pochettino off a move to Spain, who has told Spurs chairman Daniel Levy that he will still be in London come the end of the season.
Levy reportedly rejected an official approach from the European Champions for Pochettino, despite the deal apparently including a hefty compensation and several of the side’s fringe player.
