Emir Exposes Those Behind Security Challenges In Nigeria; Tells Buhari What To Do
The Emir of Katsina, Alhaji AbdulMumini Kabir Usman has alleged that President Muhammadu Buhari’s enemies are behind most problems in Nigeria.
He added that those uncomfortable with the president’s efforts to reposition the country were behind the various security threats.
The monarch made the claim when the Katsina State Governor, Aminu Masari, in company of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki paid him a condolence visit over the death of former governor of the state, Alhaji Lawal Kaita.
Masari’s Senior Special Assistant on Media, Abdu LabaranMalumfashi, in a statement, quoted the Emir as saying, “Ninety nine percent of the security challenges this country is facing is caused by the enemies of the administration who want to discredit and invite the people against it because of the good work it is doing”.
The Emir further admonished the government, “to show no mercy and decisively deal with anybody found complicit in all the criminal activities threatening the corporate existence of the country”.
