South Africa To Become First African Country To Legalize Marijuana
In a recent report, it was stated that the South Africa Government has started process on being the first Africa country to legalize cannabis sativa.
The move by the South African government is confirmed in a statement issued to Inkatha Freedom Party, IFP, who have been championing the cause for the herb’s legalization in the country.
The IFP who have been fighting the legalization of the Medical Innovation Bill was in the statement issued by the Medicines Control Council (MCC) informed that the country will soon legalize marijuana for strictly medical purposes.
The Medicines Control Council (MCC) also revealed that the proposed guidelines on cannabis production for medicinal use would soon published.
