Wayne Rooney, Yaya Toure And Others To Visit Nigeria For Joseph Yobo Testimonial Match
English Premier League players Wayne Rooney and Yaya Toure are set to play in Nigeria in honor of former Nigerian captain, Joseph Yobo.
Tagged the Joseph Yobo Centenary Game, the game is organized by the Joseph Yobo Foundation in partnership with the Rivers state government.
Yobo’s Everton teammate Tim Howard and four times African player of the year Samuel Eto’o will also be playing at the event, which will be hosted by Rivers state governor Nyesom Wike.
The match, which will be played in Port-Harcourt, is in honor of Yobo amassing over 100 caps in his playing career for the Super Eagles.
